    This  review was solely for my own  selfish ( hah! ) fangirling over  my great love ( and lust?! heehee! ) ...over  my favorite Wallbanger...my hawt book boyfriend... SIMON!   Move over, Caroline because I am definitely taking over!!

    Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh loooooooooove my Simon Wallbanger!!!!! I really do, I really do!!!!!!!! And I could not forgive myself for letting this sequel sit ...sleep..wake up....stares at empty space... sleep..wake up on repeat!!! Shame , shame on me!!

    I love Wallbanger much, MUCH ! The sequel...this one?  For me , it was a tie! Both , REALLY  funny.... really REALLY HOT ( like Simon-hot?! )  ... the writing.. really REALLY engaging and extremely entertaining!

     I never got bored or strayed away ( not even once! ) while reading this book. In fact my eyes were glued...fixed.. cemented... unto Simon's  uhmmm, hammer ( Hammer time , baby!! )  and tool belt?! ( with nothing but his tool belt!! ) Oh , don't forget his.... drill bit!!  I bet you are sweating ( panting?! ) right now?! Hah!  I can't blame you ladies... because Wallbanger was a sight to behold! ( and to-drool-for?! hee hee! )

" His face was sun-kissed from the days spent on the ocean, with the tiniest of freckles here and there. Fucking gorgeous man. And the best part? The way he looked at me. Like I was the prettiest girl in the room"

Sun-kissed. Tiniest freckles. Here and there?! Like , Simon's sexiest "here and there" parts?!! F@cking gorgeous man!!!!!

    Arrghhh! Lucky. Lucky. Lucky Caroline !! Now that, Simon was already her boyfriend?! Yes. Boyfriend?!  And she  said it's HARD to be Simon's girl?!  Hard. Simon... in one sentence? I can think of more.... "creative ways to say that! Hah! So, why is it hard  again, Caroline?

"And shit. that was hard. Because it is incredibly difficult to get out of bed every morning when you have a rumpled Wallbanger holding on to your pajamas. Because , and I say this with pride, his favorite position remained whichever one I was in when he was inside me. " 

    Whichever. One. I. Was . In. When . He. Was . Inside . Me. <------ Pffft! Hard, huh?! Or....

    And. take note , holding on pajamas is not the only thing Wallbanger is good at ! Think  : Teeth and Panties in  the same sentence. Ooooh.. now I can see you grinning! hah!

..... BOOK HANGOVER ...book hangover....book hangover... Uh-oh ! Not again! But can I escape the inevitable? No. Not when it's from Ms.  Alessandra Torre, herself! I looooove everything with Alessandra Torre - sealed in it! Yes. Everything! Yep!  that Book hangover included.

      There is always something addictive in her stories that I seem not to get enough. Was it the way it was written ? Yes, flawless. The characters ? .. Brant?..Lee?  Hot Darn!  The plot : Ohmygawd! MIND F@CKING AMAZING!  I don't usually cuss , but that twist?  Eff-fing , eff-fing unexpected!  I have a lot of mind boggling questions while reading this to the point that I am so tempted to look at the end page. Something very important was missing here! I have to know . I need to know! At the end, I was blown away! I was, Wha-aaat???? Nooo way!!!!!!

    I love the way  the characters were written, specially Lana.  Lana came out a  big surprise. It was love-hate-love for me. I love Lana because of her good heart . Then, where comes the hate? It was that time when she met Lee...the cheating, and all her "plans" to make Lee hers. How could she cheat on Brant?  Brant who showers her all the love in the world?! He even asked her to marry him?! Not only once but a few times, all she refused?! Unbelievable!!!

...........Wait I said , I  love-hate-love Lana, right?  So here comes the love :  When the whole truth came crushing down! It was.... clusterfuck ! With Lana caught in between? Clusterfuck at it's finest!

  I was so into it that I catch myself , actually holding my breath?! It was doomed! I am so scared that this would end up bloody messy!

         I thought that was it but there's even more ! ........Until..Until....

  Then everything becomes loud and clear!

      Piece by piece the once puzzle became complete.   A lot of "Ahhh, that is why.. " follows... Love , love that part. That's one perfect movie moment!

 ...and Lana ?She handled it pretty well! That was one badass move, Lana!  That super b@tch  Jillian clearly deserved it! Who was Jillian???  Exactly! Who. Was. Jillian.  One thing's for sure , I  hated everything about her!


    Overall, this is an AMAZING read! Ms. Alessandra Torre more than meet my expectations. Keep the great stories  coming  , Ms. Torre! ( ...and  I'll keep on reading! )

Oh my goodness!!!!  WOW. WOW. WOW!  Colleen Hoover did it  once again! This book is so amazing...No.. no... this book was BEYOND amazing!  What  follows after reading a BEYOND amazing book? ...A BOOK HANGOVER !  ....But wait???? book hangover should happen AFTER reading , right? NOT in the MIDDLE of reading?!!  Not possible? Well, that happened to me!  Yes. YES.

 That means ...this book was BEYOND...BEYOND  AMAZING!  Okay, I read  Ms. Hoover's previous books and I love  each one of them. When this book went live, in a blink of an eye (  uhm, yeah? ) I one-clicked it.  Once , I opened  the  pages, I was totally glued... no, no... I was instantly pulled ...grabbed into the lives of Miles and Tate.

   What can I say about the characters? I LOVE BOTH OF THEM! Like love, love , love!! Though , Miles Archer  is quite a jerk...but I can't dislike... or even hate him?! Why?? Well aside from he's really ...uhm hot?!  Gosh ! he's a hot, gorgeous airline pilot...and he's super mysterious...and ...and... well, there's really something about him ...Argh! I dunno!  All I can think about is.... I want Miles like Tate wants Miles! There. I said it.

   Oh, you want proof? On Miles hotness ? Here's  what  Tate have to say:

"I'm staring at his stomach.
Stop staring at his stomach.
Oh my word, he has the V. Those  beautiful  indentations on men that run the length of their outer abdominal muscles, disappearing  beneath their jeans as if the indentations are pointing to a secret bull's eye. "

   ------> Oh my!  Do I love the human anatomy if described that way?!! Hell, yeah! No need to close my eyes...because I can clearly picture it?!  Good lord!!

You want more?! I bet you do!

   See???!!! Miles can  make fangirling your second language, ladies! Heehee! So, He got the "V"  and he smells divine.. so what's wrong with him???  I hate to  ruin your fantasy.. but Miles doesn't do love...relationships... you know, the  works?And that rule?! Miles' rules:
"1. Don't ask about my past.
  2. And never expect a future. "

 Yeah bummer .. B-U-M-M-E-R, right?  .... But not to Tate. In fact, she agreed! SHE. AGREED!

 Argh! What the hell is wrong with you, Tate???!  I was so frustrated. How can she say "okay" to that "arrangement" ???? Well, I should "dislike" her for that...but why , why??? My poor heart  goes for Tate. Poor Tate. Waiting.... Falling  desperately in  love with someone ....who might not ever love her in return? Gosh. The million "feels" I had while reading this book! I feel like my heart's going to explode any minute?! The angst never stops. I cried . A lot.  Miles + Tate = Me + bucket of tears!

" Love isn't  always pretty, Tate. Sometimes you spend  all your time hoping it'll eventually be something different. Something better. Then, before you now it, your'e back to square one, and you lost your heart somewhere along the way. "

 Oh, I just love how Ms. Hoover  crushed ..broke my heart into pieces. The later chapters...  close to the end... I UGLY CRIED for this UGLY LOVE.  It was beautiful  and  all those words Ms. Hoover had written? Will  stay forever inside my heart.

" Ugly love  becomes you. Consumes you. Makes you hate it all. Makes you realize that all the beautiful parts aren't even worth it. Without the beautiful, you'll never risk feeling this. You'll never risk feeling the ugly.So you give it up. You give it all up.                   My Thoughts:

 Reading "Eleanor and Park" was one of the reasons why I love the Young Adult genre! I was amazed how Ms. Rainbow Rowell can put every goodness and awesomeness  into words and squeezed to a 325 page-book. It was such  a beautiful  surprise!

I know I read a very good book when these things happen:

1. asdfghgjfkkf! <------ You'll find something like this on my review. Yep, that's Me...lost for words!  So, this book? asdfhgkhhlgf!

2. I got these reactions from page one to last page !

---Smiling but teary eyed? Yes , Eleanor ..god. Eleanor's crappy , sh*tty situation tugged..pinched my heart , I got weepy. The family she had, god. With an abusive step dad. ( Oh ! I HATE him !!) ... That did not even stopped there because at school? She was bullied and called with names that  will drain any morale you have! .....And Eleanor endured...ENDURED it all. That girl. That Eleanor girl...I just love her!

 When she met another misfit named Park Sheridan, oh, it did not start like what our normal "love at first sight" thing... it was not even close. In fact, the reclusive Park tried to ignore her...but how can he? When  this RED spectacle have nowhere to sit but beside him? ..And that's the beginning of everything!  You can call it destiny...fate. I call it... asdgfhjghk!

3. I  really get myself  into the story....got really into both Eleanor and Park's mind. I felt every single emotion and it was ....everything was perfect! Ms. Rowell captured the essence of what young love is all about. The awkwardness, the confusion.... everything was so real !

Speaking of young love, sweet love??? Oh my geeeezzz! I have never felt so excited over "holding hands" like I did for Eleanor and Park!  Holding hands? It's not even a kiss?! Yes... because of this:

PARK : 
" Holding Eleanor's hand was like holding a butterfly. Or a heartbeat. Like holding something complete, and completely alive."

ELEANOR:
"Disintegrated. Like something had gone wrong beaming her onto the Starship Enterprise. If you've ever wondered what that feels like , it's a lot like melting - but more violent." 

See??? INTENSE! And it's not even kissing!!!!  Hmmm, now you are curious??? You gotta read this one, yourself!

4. There's a burst of freshness and honesty  ....and spontaneity  every now and then. I got mixed reactions  , I giggled, swooned, laughed, cried and  much , much more.  A page turner  plus  an emotion-stirrer? what could be better??

“Damn, damn, damn," she said. "I never said why I like you, and now I have to go."
"That's okay," he said.
"It's because you're kind," she said. "And because you get all my jokes..."
"Okay." He laughed.
"And you're smarter than I am."
"I am not."
"And you look like a protagonist." She was talking as fast as she could think. "You look like the person who wins in the end. You're so pretty, and so good. You have magic eyes," she whispered. "And you make me feel like a cannibal."
"You're crazy."
"I have to go." She leaned over so the receiver was close to the base.
"Eleanor - wait," Park said. She could hear her dad in the kitchen and her heartbeat everywhere. 
"Eleanor - wait - I love you.."

Me? Eeeeeeeeeeeppppppp!!!!! It's cuuuuuute!!!!!    That's one crazy way  of declaring love?!!!  I love it!!!


5. The ending was just.....Ooooh? what was that? 

" Eleanor hasn't written him a letter, it was a postcard. Just three words long."

...and what follows after that? I wish I know. I wish I knew.  Maybe, Ms. Rowell just want me to figure it out? Oh, I figured it out... and I was smiling right now with tears in my eyes...

My Review: Beautiful Oblivion by Jaime McGuire

                 My Thoughts:

This was my first book from Jaime McGuire. I knoooowwww..... you might wonder how come I missed "Beautiful Disaster"? Or better yet, how did I missed Travis Maddox?! Before giving me that evil eye... ( I know, a lot of Travis fangirls out there! ) , let me assure you, I WILL read it soon! :)

So, here's my Review  breakdown:

1. Cover: 5 stars! Beautiful Oblivion is one of the prettiest covers I've seen! Just look at it! First glance, you already want to read it ( and own your own paperback copy too! ) .

2. Main characters: 3 stars.  I want to give it at least 4 but ... I have both likes and dislikes.

 Trenton Maddox - book boyfriend material if you are into Alpha males ? Like really alpha cavemen?! Yes, Trenton will beat the sh*t out of any guy within his Cami?! ( yup! She's the heroine!) And you don't want to mess with the Maddox(es)... not if you want to lost a limb or sport a broken nose?! Yes! These boys are ... Well, handful!

This is why I love Trenton Maddox:

He is funny, and yes! Sexy as hell ( but no need to say that, you'll figure that one out already!) ...oh! He likes kids too! Oh, you can see how he adores Olive ( his Ew! Sooo cute) ...and the way he pursues Cami?! So...so.. Unrelenting? Insistent? Persistent? ....and Yes! Entertaining!

This is why I don't like Trenton Maddox:

He is super insecure when it comes to Cami! And do he really have to beat somebody's ass?! Seriously?! Even with the "L-word" being said and done? 

Camille Camlin:

Here's why I love her:

She is caring, loving sister to her brother Cody. Hhmm, what else? I think she's a good friend to Reagan. Ooh! She is feisty! Yes, she is!

What I don't like:

First , Well, I personally don't really like girls who smoke. I'm cool with Tats and piercing though. 

Secondly, Cami thought she cheated on her bf when she entertained Trenton..and his kiss? If you ask me, I don't even know what to think! Tj , was her absentee boyfriend?! But still. She had a boyfriend! And it's frustrating to think that she wants Trent ...and she ..wants to be okay with TJ? Ugh.

3. The other characters :  3  stars

I know each of them have their stories to tell. Reagan , with her relationship with Kody...and Brazil? Ugh. Too much drama! What's with all of these??? Sometimes, when they are all together, I get pretty mixed up. Just Too much!

4. The plot of the story : I'll divide into three parts : 1st very interesting . Middle part: So much drama! Last part: Whoa! So...that makes sense! I admit , I did not see that one coming! It was an interesting surprise!  ---Definitely 4 stars!

“Trenton’s cast was between us, and I ran my finger over the different names, thinking about all of the people who loved us that had come to my room. I paused when I came across T.J.’s signature, and silently said a final good-bye to the simple but sophisticated scribble......." 

THAT particular part made me say: " Ahhhhhh.... That's why!! 

Loved the ending. It's not a typical cliffy, but it was surely something you want to know what happens next! I'll be looking forward for a sequel for sure!

My final verdict : 3.5 stars, and JUST because I loved that ending! I'm rounding it up to 4 stars!
